Baysea is a strange little city on the West Coast and Sweets, a washed up 'Magical Girl', thinks it might change her life. She's not the only one. The town is overcrowded with people from everywhere all with hopes of getting a piece of the big mystery. Everyone's got problems, Sweet's are just slightly more interesting!
